Règlements du 406
The proposed amendment to CAR 605.38 (406 mhz ELTs) is being reviewed by the Minister. What this means is that an official regulation on 406 ELTs might become law sometime in 2010.
As soon as we see what this new regulation will look like, we will post it here.

Please keep in mind that there is no more monitoring of the old 121.5 ELTs and that having a 406 ELT is still the best choice.
